PayPal allows the transfer of money between email users. It is a system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to buy online.

Once you have finished processing the transaction you will be redirected back to King Valley Walnuts web site. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and payment has been accepted.
You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed and shipped. You will be issued with a tracking number by the shipping company.
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays each week.
We use Australia Post, Startrack and Toll for our shipping. For larger parcels delivered via courier (Startrack and Toll) you need be able to sign for the delivery or to advise a safe place for delivery if not at home when you place your order on the website as we will not pay for re-delivery by the courier, and any extra cost will be charged to you. Delivery can only be to a street address, not a Post Office Box for large parcels (greater than 5 kg).
While we take every care in packing and sending your delivery, we have no control over your order once it leaves our premises. We are not responsible for any wrong delivery, breakages, re-delivery charges or other fees that may be incurred by Australia Post or the freight company.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform King Valley Walnuts if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately.
GREEN WALNUTS PURCHASE POLICY
By purchasing the Green Walnuts you accept the following terms and conditions.
Green walnuts are a fresh and perishable product.
While we take every effort to pick and pack Green walnuts in their best condition and to choose the quickest freight delivery to you, we have no control over your parcel after it leaves our sheds.
You must be home to sign for the parcel to avoid the nuts sitting in the heat, or otherwise, you accept that some deterioration of your order may occur.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage during transit or resulting from late delivery. You will be issued with a tracking number from the courier to follow the progress of your delivery with expected arrival time.
King Valley Walnuts always attempts to ensure we provide our customers with the freshest and best quality products. However, if for some reason you wish to return a product purchased from our website, King Valley Walnuts will accept returns under the following conditions.
- The product has exceeded the Best Before date when received by you.
- The wrong product has been supplied to you.
- The product is deemed faulty by us.
For all products ordered via our online store that meets any of the above criteria, you have to contact us within 5 days from receipt of the products and you must provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty product to help us conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.

Cancellation of order
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is dispatched. We pride ourselves on dispatching orders promptly so to cancel your order please contact us immediately using our contact form. You will always receive an email advising you that your order has been shipped, beyond that point you will need to accept delivery.
